Founded and led by Beatrice Gheorghe, cbh consultancy, grew from one freelancer’s mission to make marketing simpler and more effective. With experience spanning the UK and European markets — from agency roles to leading in-house teams — Beatrice blends strategic thinking with hands-on creativity to help businesses grow with purpose.
Around her is a collective of experienced marketers, designers, and consultants who come together to solve specific challenges. Each project team is built intentionally — pairing the right mix of insight, design, and technology to deliver clear, measurable results.

Beatrice
After leading marketing for a multinational hotel chain across 24 European hotels, Beatrice set out on her own and quickly built a portfolio of clients across the UK and Romania.
A true all-rounder, Beatrice has expertise and vast experience in multiple marketing areas including branding, strategy, inbound marketing, campaign planning, digital marketing, copywriting and design.
